— 45ph Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "45ph" or "the Company" refers to the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 45ph.cam, operating under the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
• "Platform" means the 45ph website, all associated pages, mobile-browser interface, and any services offered thereon, including but not limited to sportsbook, live casino, slots, bingo, and fishing games.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the 45ph Platform or is accessing the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the 45ph Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's 45ph Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or match bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing gaming in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable to gaming operators under Philippine law.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time by 45ph.

By accessing the 45ph Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the 45ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 45ph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" include that entity.

To be eligible to register and use the 45ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal under applicable local law;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 45ph or any of its related entities, nor a close family member of such a person;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including any maintained by PAGCOR or other gaming regulators;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under Philippine AML regulations without having disclosed this to 45ph.

45ph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your Account where eligibility requirements are not met or cease to be met.

Each Player may register only one (1) Account on the 45ph Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

45ph may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to provide supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and source of funds. This may include, but is not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys National ID), proof of current address, and documentation evidencing source of funds for large transactions.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 45ph may result in restriction of withdrawal functions or suspension of your Account.

You represent and warrant that all information provided to 45ph is truthful and accurate. Any misrepresentation — including providing false age, identity, or contact information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all Account balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party;
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your 45ph Account;
• You must notify 45ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
• 45ph will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or SMS — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

45ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All wagers, deposits, or withdrawals made through your Account using correct login credentials are treated as having been authorised by you.

45ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 45ph does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees for which 45ph is not responsible.

All funds deposited into your 45ph Account must belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your Account, is strictly prohibited.

You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has successfully completed KYC verification;
• There are no outstanding compliance investigations or fraud checks pending;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied;
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold for your chosen method.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank using InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to several business hours.

45ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

All transactions on the 45ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 45ph is not responsible for currency conversion costs or exchange rate differences if your payment provider processes transactions in a different currency.

45ph may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts;
• Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• 45ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Where a Player's account has multiple active bonuses, 45ph will determine the order in which they are applied;
• Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Any Player found to be exploiting, abusing, or engaging in fraudulent behaviour in connection with any 45ph promotion — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will forfeit all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom. 45ph reserves the right to terminate such accounts.

All bets placed on the 45ph Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• A bet is accepted and binding once confirmed by the 45ph system and a confirmation reference has been issued;
• 45ph reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction has resulted in an incorrect price or outcome being offered;
• Where an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, settlement rules as published on the Platform apply;
• In-play bets are accepted in real time and may be subject to delays — 45ph is not liable for bets accepted after an event outcome is already determined due to transmission delays;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types as displayed at the point of bet placement;
• 45ph may restrict maximum bet amounts for any Player at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 45ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to 45ph at any time;
• Using or attempting to use any software, tool, algorithm, or system (including artificial intelligence, bots, or automated programs) to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform software;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financing of criminal activity;
• Opening or using accounts in the name of another person or fictitious identity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at 45ph staff or other players via the Platform's communication features.

All content on the 45ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to 45ph and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 45ph.

45ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the 45ph Privacy Policy, which is available at 45ph.cam/privacy-policy.

45ph implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Personal data is not sold to third-party marketers.

45ph makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings;
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and automatic session end times;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a period of their choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the 45ph Platform by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the chosen minimum period;
• Reality Checks: Regular in-session notifications of time spent and amounts wagered.

45ph staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling. Where 45ph reasonably believes a Player is exhibiting signs of gambling harm, we reserve the right to impose account restrictions or contact the Player with information about available support resources, regardless of whether a Player has formally requested such intervention.

45ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Duplicate or multiple account creation;
• A Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion;
• A court order or regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Reasonable suspicion that a Player is located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct and no ongoing investigations are pending, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 45ph's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

45ph shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill;
• Any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive losses;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 45ph's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain Account security;
• Losses resulting from network connectivity issues on your end.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 45ph Account or any transaction on the Platform, you must first contact 45ph Customer Support via the live chat function on the Platform. 45ph aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority. 45ph cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

45ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 45ph will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The Platform is regulated under the PAGCOR framework. Players with concerns regarding the regulatory compliance of 45ph may contact PAGCOR directly as the competent gaming regulatory authority in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal under applicable Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to ensure they remain familiar with the current version governing their use of the 45ph Platform.
